We’re happy to be presenting this full-day workshop for those who work or volunteer in the animal rescue field, veterinary field, those who foster kittens, as well as those who provide care for young and/or sick cats and kittens!
The workshop is hosted by the Iowa City Animal Care and Adoption Center, and is sponsored by the Iowa Federation of Humane Societies and with support from The Friends of the Animal Center Foundation and The Johnson County Humane Society.
We’ll cover the topics of critical care and stabilizing kittens, intake exams, housing, feeding, daily care of all ages of kittens, socialization, common concerns, cleaning, vaccine protocols, parasites, ringworm, diarrhea, upper respiratory illnesses, and more.
