Special Event: LC3 “Whiskers and Wine”

National Kitten Coalition’s Marnie Russ will be featured at the Whiskers and Wine event sponsored by the Loudoun County Community Cat Coalition. Marnie is presenting two sessions of fun information and cute pictures about how fostering has a direct impact on saving kittens’ lives. Marnie is also Coordinator of Animal Welfare League of Arlington’s Kitten College with its amazing foster program.
