We hope to see you soon at an upcoming event!
Come ask The National Kitten Coalition’s kitten experts, Susan Spaulding, aka ‘The Nation’s Kitten Mom’ and NKC’s Rosemarie Crawford, your most pressing kitten questions!
Susan has been involved in kitten fostering for almost 30 years and is widely celebrated for her expertise in caring for neonatal orphans and special needs kittens that others have given up on. Working with veterinarians, she has developed cutting edge protocols for successfully treating upper respiratory infections and Panleukopenia. She has advised national organizations as well as dozens of local shelters and rescue organizations on neonatal issues and received numerous awards for her work from the shelter, rescue and veterinary communities.
Rosemarie is a Licensed Veterinary Technician and has worked in animal welfare for more than 15 years. She has experience in public and private shelters and in veterinary practices. While working with shelters she assisted in developing and implementing progressive, proactive protocols for the care and treatment of kittens in a kitten nursery room and in foster care and, having served in two shelters as foster coordinator, understands the challenges of creating, expanding and maintaining a foster program. She currently works in at a large, six-doctor veterinary practice in the greater Washington D.C. area.
If you can’t join us for the live presentation, don’t worry! Sign-up anyway, because a recording of this, and other webinars, will be available on NKC’s eLearning Center no later than 2 weeks after they air.
